try next hint:
if you use IE6/7 go to menu/tools/internet options then connections tab then settings button then check use proxy enter address and port shown below when finished d/l un check....
russian proxy address 62.183.50.164 port 554 then try as a result, ifolder should work for you with full d/l speed
